Spiritual Ascension is the natural biological process, an inherent function of our DNA, through which human consciousness gradually expands into progressively higher dimensions of existence, eventually merging with “The Mind of God” (universal consciousness, unified field), perceiving and experiencing everything as an interconnected unity. 

It is a continuous process of accessing, accruing, integrating and embodying increasingly higher frequencies of light, sustaining a more elevated vibrational state. It is an ongoing process through which we “bring into matter” the different layers of light of our multidimensional spiritual bodies (our god selves). Because of this, this process can also be viewed as a “descension process”, for we are materializing, -anchoring into the physical plane-, the higher spiritual dimensions (frequencies) of Being, in order to experience all of who/what we are, to live life fully and freely, and to create reality deliberately from a more expanded yet deeper sense of self. Most importantly, to exist as an expression of our Total True Self, and no longer as a product of external conditioning. 

As we undergo this process, our lower body system, -composed of our physical body, emotional body, mental body and lower spiritual body-, starts shifting and transmuting, expressing such vibrational changes and adjustments through an array of symptoms. These shifts can also manifest as changes to our sexuality, relationships, careers, how we relate to others, and how we present ourselves to the world. 

While this process leads us to the ultimate freedom of our Inner Spirit and to the fearless expression of who we really are, the process can feel dreadful, excruciatingly painful, and life-shattering. The navigation of The Dark Night of the Soul, as many have called it, or The Journey through the Underworld from the mythical Hero’s Journey perspective, requires patience, unconditional love towards self and others, and an attitude of complete surrender to the intelligence of the Kundalini Force. To support the surrendering process it is vital we understand what is happening, how the process works, and how to “get out of the way” in order to allow the process to unfold. Remember, you are the focal point through which a new consciousness, a New Human and a New Earth are being birthed into physical manifestation. Surrender to and trust the greater intelligence that is taking us to an unimagined new reality on planet Earth.
